Account Registration

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities that occur under your account.

User Content and Image Handling

Our Service allows you to upload images for transformation into Ghibli-style artwork. Regarding these images:

• Ownership: You retain all ownership rights to your original images.
• License to freeghiblis: You grant freeghiblis a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, store, and process your images solely for the purpose of providing and improving our Service.
• Storage and Security: We will store your images securely on our servers and implement reasonable measures to protect them from unauthorized access.
• Retention: We will retain your original images for 30 days after processing, after which they may be automatically deleted. You can request immediate deletion through your account settings.
• No Third-Party Sharing: We will not share your original images with third parties except as required by law or with your explicit consent.
• AI Training: By default, your images will NOT be used to train our AI models. You may opt-in to allow us to use your images anonymously for training purposes.

Prohibited Content

You agree not to upload images that:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others
• Contain sexually explicit or pornographic material
• Depict violence or graphic content
• Promote discrimination, hatred, or harm against any individual or group
• Contain malware, viruses, or other harmful code
• Invade another's privacy without consent

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms and to terminate accounts of users who repeatedly violate them.

Intellectual Property

Your Content: You retain all rights to your original images. The transformed Ghibli-style images created by our Service are derivative works.

Usage Rights for Transformed Images:

• Free Plan: You may use the transformed images for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
• Premium Plans: Depending on your subscription level, you may have rights to use the transformed images for commercial purposes as specified in your plan details.

freeghiblis Content: The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by freeghiblis and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Subscription and Payments

Some aspects of our Service may require payment. By choosing a paid subscription, you agree to pay all fees in accordance with your selected plan. Payments are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in our refund policy.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Subscription Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Once canceled, your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle, after which it will not be renewed.

No Refunds: We do not offer refunds for our digital services. All sales and subscription payments are final. Due to the immediate nature of our digital image transformation services, once processing has begun, we cannot provide refunds.

In exceptional circumstances, such as technical failures on our end that prevent service delivery, we may consider partial or full refunds at our sole discretion. Please contact our support team if you believe such a situation has occurred.

Shipping and Delivery

As freeghiblis provides digital services only, we do not ship physical products. Transformed images are delivered digitally through our platform and are available for download immediately after processing is complete, subject to system performance and network conditions.

Processing times may vary based on:

• Current system load and server availability
• Complexity and size of the uploaded image
• Your subscription plan (premium plans may receive priority processing)
• Network conditions and internet connectivity

We strive to complete all image transformations within minutes, but during periods of high demand, processing may take longer. If you experience unusual delays, please contact our support team.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall freeghiblis, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

Disclaimer

Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
